Child Development Center-USNH

Due to COVID-19 preventive measures, in an effort to protect our workforce, patrons, and community, Child Development Center, Naval Hospital Guam is OPEN to Mission Essential families only.

Non-mission Essential CYP programs, i.e. hourly care, Parents’ Day Out, meetings are CANCELED until further notice. CYP programs, activities, sporting events are CANCELED until further notice.

Child Development programs are offered to ages 6 weeks to 5 years at Child Development Centers (CDC) throughout Guam. Caregivers receive extensive training in the development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to ensure an enriching daycare experience for young military family members. Program elements include age-appropriate activities, participation in the USDA food program, and monthly training requirements of staff.


Introducing JRM CYP Online Services. To log onto CYP Online Services, use your Household ID#, found at the top of your CYP receipts or obtained at your local CYP front desk, as your initial username. Your password is your email address on file. You may go straight to the HOME page to begin navigating through CYP Online services.
