1000lb/500lb Challenge

The goal is to accumulate a minimum of 1000lbs for the men and 500lbs for the women based 3 events; squat, deadlift, and bench press. Qualified participants will receive an event T-shirt and have their names on our Top Ten Finishers Leader Board. Registration and event will take place at the Charles King Fitness Center.
